Our space is a magical house hidden in the middle of busy Chelsea/Flatiron. Convenient to Union Square and most subway lines, you'll feel a world away the minute you walk through our door. Our space is perfect for creative or deep work.

-No Phone(calls) // We won’t lock away your phone, but if you have a phone call, please take it outside.

-No Video Meetings // We like to keep our space quiet for deep personal work. This is not a space to collaborate via zoom.

-No Sleeping // Yes our space is comfortable, but please refrain from napping.

-No Paint, Pastel, or other Messy Art Supplies // We welcome creative work like drawing and sketching, but please keep our space clean and be mindful of your neighbors.

-No Loud Talking // Conversations and Community are welcome, but please keep voices and conversations low, particularly in the main room.

-No Food // (smells!) or Eating in our space. Outside beverages, (like coffee and smoothies) are cool.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We're a small, local business with an intimate space.
Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. Cancellations within the 24 hour window will receive a 1 time re-book credit, to be used within 4 weeks.
